This Privacy Policy outlines what information is gathered on the DigiRelations site and how that information is used. The personal information requested, in the form of registration, for your freeaccount is used by DigiRelations AB to supply the account and to upgrade you to payservice.

The personal information requested, in the form of registration, for your payaccount is used by DigiRelations AB to be able to charge for the Service. We will not share your personal information to third parties and we will not disclose it unless you agree or if we are forced to do so by law. We will store your personal information in our systems as long as you use our services. In termination of your account or when we no longer need the information to give you the service you require, the information will be removed from our systems.

2. Session cookies
We use session cookies on your computer to be able to store given information if you for example want to go back to a privies page. The session cookies are only used to ensure that DigiRelations.com works in an optimal way and will be stored on your computer until you turn it of. It will not give us any information and can not give any viruses to your computer.

3. Cookies – from external websites
When you link to DigiRelations.com from our external partners, cookies are used to give you the right offer. This cookies remains for 45 days. The cookies will not give DigiRelations AB or our partners any information about you as our customer, they are only used to give the correct information and to set-off.

4. Your account is your account
You can whiteout worries store addresses, pictures and documents on your account. All we ask for is for you to follow the terms and conditions for using the Service. If you do not follow the terms and conditions in the user agreement we have the right to terminate your account. We will only access to your account if we have your approval. In that case we will need your password and username to login. We will not open any documents.

5. Newsletter
To terminate the subscription on our news-letter you use the link for termination which you will find at the bottom of all newsletter.

6. Back Up
Every night a backup will be taken of all the accounts, but we recommend you to continuously do your own backup in case of that any by mistake will erase addresses, pictures, files. The server machine's also have access to safe electricity and an electric power station drown by diesel for long lasting brownouts.

7. Safe connection SSL
On our dialogue-packages M, X & XL we use SSL, safe connection by Verisign.
For you this means that your digital communication to and from DigiRelations is encrypted and your   connection secure.

8. Your login
You can easily change your password after you have login on ”my account”
