User agreement
This is the Terms and conditions for using DigiRelations services
1. Conditions
This agreement regulates under which conditions a user may use the services of DigiRelations AB. DigiRelations AB supplies a dialogue-service (the Service) for business relations on Internet. The Service have one editor for sending messages, an address list, one part for questionnaire, a library for storing messages, pictures, files and templates and functions for automations. According to this terms and conditions DigiRelations AB is obligated to supply the Service as describe on the website, www.digirelations.com.
DigiRelation have the right to change the terms and conditions of this agreement.
2. Using the Service
According to this agreement the user has the right to store pictures, documents, files and information at the Service. The Service may also be used to dialog with interest groups, for sending e-mails, for publication of websites and questionnaires. You must complete the registration form in order to use the Service. You will provide true, accurate, and complete information about yourself as requested in the registration form. You have to inform DigiRelations AB about any changes according to your personal information. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account, passwords and files and for all uses of your account and of the Service in your name. The user does not have the right to rent out the Service to a third part without DigiRelations permission. DigiRelations have the right to use ideas, feedback, success stories and citations information provided by users without compensation, although compensation is known.
3. Privacy policy

4. Responsibility
DigiRelations AB disclaims all direct or indirect errors caused by error from development programming, misconstruction of manual or instruction texts, interruption in the Service or any other incident caused by Force majeure. DigiRelations AB have the right to shut down the Service for updating the Service and of security reason.
5. Restrictions and responsibilities
The Service may only be used for lawful purposes. Transmission or solicitation of any material that violates with Swedish law or other laws that may apply on your local area is prohibited. This may include material that is obscene, threatening, libellous or in any other way a violation of intellectual property laws or third party’s intellectual property rights. DigiRelations AB have the right to remove any such content or prohibit any use of the Service it believes may be in violation with the foregoing.
Through the registration the user consent to that DigiRelations AB may store registration information and share this information if it’s necessary according to law or if DigiRelations AB find it’s necessary to maintain the agreement or to protect the interests of DigiRelations AB.
6. Payment
The user is offered to test the Service in a limited edition for free and to pay while using the Service. You pay the fee by card on the website (in Sweden also by invoice). If a “payaccount” is closed the account will devolve into a ”free-account” where the user may store a number of addresses, pictures, files and documents. The rest of the information will be erased when the payservice is terminated. If the freeaccount not will be used for three month the information stored in the account may be erased without any advance warning.
7. Termination
This agreement applies on all of DigiRelations Service Packages, regardless price. If you do not agree to the terms and condition according to this agreement you may not use the Service. The agreement can be terminated at any time during the period of the agreement with immediate effect if the user in any way disregard their duties and/ or obligations according to the agreement or when the users account have been deregistered.
8. Disputes
Disputes on account of this agreement or disputes on account of other agreements deriving to this agreement shall be determined by Swedish law and Swedish court.
